Drone falls in Russia’s Voronezh, three injured

A UAV has fallen in Russia’s Voronezh, local governor Alexander Gusev reports. Security agencies are working on the spot.

The governor arrived at the scene and clarified that “three people were injured by glass fragments.”

RIA Novosti reports that the injured have minor cuts. Several apartments were also damaged.

The Baza Telegram channel reported that the blast not only damaged the apartment block itself, but also set the roof of the house across the street on fire. Locals managed to put it out on their own.

A source in security agencies told TASS that the drone initially attempted to attack the Voronezh aircraft factory, but was jammed by electronic warfare.

Three people were injured by overnight shelling in Russia’s Belgorod region, local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reports.

“Three people were injured overnight. Two of them are now in hospital, one opted not to go there,” Gladkov said.
