Three people were injured by overnight shelling in Russia’s Belgorod region, local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reports.
“Three people were injured overnight. Two of them are now in hospital, one opted not to go there,” Gladkov said.
He added that air defence was in operation in the region during the night. An apartment block and several detached houses were damaged in Razumnoye and Shebekino. The authorities are unable to examine the area as the shelling continues.
A drone attack injured one person in the Belgorod region yesterday.
The UAV crashed in the village of Vyazovoe. A man who grazed cattle on the outskirts of the village was injured. Gladkov said “an uncontrolled fall of a drone caused shrapnel wounds to his upper and lower limbs and chest.”
