Occupation ‘government’ of Luhansk ‘people’s republic’: five killed and 19 injured in shelling of Karpaty village

Five people were killed and 19 local residents were injured as a result of the Karpaty village, located in the Luhansk “people’s republic” (“LPR”), being shelled, the “LPR” mission within the Joint Centre on Control and Coordination reports.

According to the local “government”, the shelling was conducted using HIMARS.

“The enemy launched four missiles (three M30A1 missiles with striking elements in the form of a shrapnel and one M31 missile). A construction town and a poultry farm were damaged,” the statement reads.

Earlier today, the governor of the Belgorod region of Russia Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that the town of Shebekino had been subjected to a massive attack from a multiple rocket launched BM-21 Grad in the early hours of May 31. At least four people were injured.
