Russia also attacked Kostiantynivka yesterday evening, luckily hurting no one, says Pavlo Kyrylenko, the local governor.

Kyrylenko reported on 8 January that Russia had executed seven missile strikes against Kramatorsk and two against Kostiantynivka, damaging industrial facilities but claiming no lives. On that day, the regions of Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro were also attacked, Ukraine’s officials say.
