Conscript dies during drill in Penza

A mobilised man, 41, has died in Penza during military drill, PenzaInform reports. He is said to have suffered a heart attack.

Another conscript died yesterday in Omsk, and four more people died on 3 October in Novosibirsk and Poroshino.
