Former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, who ran against Zelensky in the 2019 presidential election, has been added to the wanted list as well.

Russia has placed several Ukrainian politicians on the wanted list since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, among them head of the country’s military intelligence Kyrylo Budanov and head of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksandr Lytvynenko.
