Explosions heard in occupied Luhansk

Two explosions were heard in Luhansk, Russian state news agency RIA Novosti reports.

Eyewitnesses posted photos and videos of a plume of smoke rising over the city.

Earlier today, leader of Russia’s ruling party United Russia Andrey Turchak and “head of the Luhansk people’s republic” Leonid Pasechnik laid flowers at a war memorial in Luhansk.
