Russia’s large-scale missile attack on Ukraine kills 11

Eleven people have been killed in Ukraine following Moscow’s large-scale missile strikes, spokesperson for the Ukrainian national emergency service Oleksandr Khorunzhy reported.

“As a result of Russia’s terrorist attacks involving both drones and missiles, 11 regions were struck today. Eleven people were injured, and eleven more were killed,” he said.

Drone strikes damaged 35 buildings.

Earlier, Russia launched 55 missiles at Ukraine according to the Ukrainian army. Ukraine’s Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny noted that 47 of them were intercepted by air-defence systems.
