Explosions have rocked the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, 7 private houses have been partially destroyed, head of the regional military administration Valentyn Reznichenko said.

The explosion caused a fire. According to Reznichenko, one woman is believed to be injured. She was recovered from under the rubble and rushed to hospital.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov said that city infrastructure and communications did not sustain damage in the attack. However, several power substations automatically switched off.
Thirteen people were injured in the Dnipro attack. One woman is in critical condition, the local authorities reported. Four people, including a 17-year-old teenager, were hospitalised.
