Chechnya’s Kadyrov announces participation of his underage sons in Russia-Ukraine War

Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov’s underage sons are taking part in the war in Ukraine, Kadyrov himself says in a Telegram post.

“Ahmad, Eli, and Adam snuck close to the enemy’s positions and ensured cover fire for the advancing fighters. Also, taking advantage of the situations, they addressed the Chechen-speaking shaitans on the other side and proposed they step up to the front and prove their adherence to the European values in fight,” Kadyrov writes.

According to him, 16-year-old Ahmad, 15-year-old Zelimkhan, and 14-year-old Adam have been “actively searching for members of Ichkerian battalions, simultaneously visiting the deployment locations and frontline positions of Chechen fighters” for days.

At the beginning of October, Kadyrov promised to send his underage sons to the war in Ukraine.

According to the head of Chechnya, “their military training started a long time ago, basically from a young age”. In autumn, they were being taught to use different weapons.
