Maksim Rodionov, a conscript from Snezhinsk, lost his life in one of Yekaterinburg’s garrisons, 74.ru cites Andrey Pulnikov, the Snezhinsk mayor.
Rodionov was 27 years of age. “The investigative authorities of the Yekaterinburg region are looking into the matter. Rodionov’s family will receive monetary aid, of course,” Pulnikov says.
A local VK group also reported Rodionov’s death on 8 October.
According to open sources, no less than 16 mobilised men lost their lives on Russian territory before being sent into the battlezone as of 9 October.
