Iranian Shahed-136/131 drones have attacked several Ukraine’s regions overnight, Ukrainian Air Force reports.
The military command says the drones were launched from Russia’s Bryansk region and from the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov. A total of 25 drones were launched, and Ukraine’s air defence managed to take down 21 of them.
“All enemy targets were taken down over the capital. So far, no victims or damage reported,” the Kyiv administration says.
Serhiy Lysak, the governor of the Dnipro region, has stated that seven drones were taken down over the region overnight. One of those drones reached its target and crashed into an administrative building, causing fire that was soon extinguished.
Suspilne also reported that there were overnight explosions in Zaporizhzhia. A local media outlet posted footage from the crash site. Local authorities have yet to comment on the matter.
