Two people were hurt in shelling of the Krasnaya Yaruga village, located in the Belgorod region of Russia, governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov says.
“A young woman with shrapnel wounds was treated at the scene, she was transferred to outpatient treatment. The man has a concussion, he was provided medical aid, he refused hospitalisation,” Gladkov wrote on Telegram.
The governor clarified that glass had been shattered in three four-storey blocks of flats. “Currently, the outbuildings fire is extinguished. The gas pipelines, pipelines, heat supply, and power lines repair work will start [in the morning],” he added.
Gladkov referred to yesterday as an “extremely difficult” day. According to him, one person was killed and ten were wounded in the attacks carried out by Ukraine’s Armed Forces on the city of Belgorod and the Belgorod district.
