The power of the explosive device installed in the jeep of the daughter of philosopher and ideologist of “Russian world” Alexander Dugin, Daria, amounted to 400 grams of TNT, reports Russian state news agency TASS, citing law enforcement sources.
Parts of the explosive device were sent for examination.
The agency’s source said that the explosive device had been installed during the festival Tradition in the suburbs of Moscow, while the car was parked. “There was no inspection upon entering the parking lot, thus the device could have been installed anywhere and by anyone, which is what happened,” added TASS’ interlocutor.
A traffic police unit was stationed at the entrance to the territory of the estate, in which the forum was taking place, clarified the representatives of law enforcement. Security gates were set up only at the actual entrance to the event.
The explosion occurred yesterday, at about 9PM, near the village Bolshie Vyazyomy in the Moscow region. According to violin player Petr Lundsterm, Daria’s father was supposed to use that car but chose to get into another car. After the explosion, Dugin came to the scene, he was later hospitalised.
Journalist Ilya Shepelin posted a screenshot of the last report made by Daria Dugina, in which she claimed that the events in Bucha had been a “set-up with corpses of people made out to be victims of the Russian aggression”.
