A Russian attack on the city of Kherson killed a local civilian, Ukraine’s Office of Prosecutor General revealed on Friday.
The data on the injured locals awaits to be verified. Preliminary reports say mortars were used, and one of the shells hit a residential building.
The agency has initiated an investigation into violation of warfare traditions and customs, as well as wilful murder.
One local civilian was killed yesterday in the Donetsk region, local governor Pavlo Kyrylenko reported on Friday. One more person was killed in the Kherson region.
