Two killed in shelling of Ukraine’s Kharkiv region

A cafe in Podoly, Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, was shelled by Russia’s military, local governor Oleh Synehubov reports.

Preliminary reports say two people were killed, one more person was injured.

Synehubov also says many other settlements of the region were shelled in the last 24 hours.

“The enemy used missiles, cannon artillery, mortars, and warplanes,” the governor wrote on Telegram, noting that no civilian casualties were recorded.

Ukraine’s Office of Prosecutor General has reported that yesterday at about 23:00, a local resident was killed by Russia’s shells in Kherson region’s Olhivka. Numerous private houses were damaged. Moreover, a man, 59, was killed by shelling in Nikopol, the Dnipro region.
