Russia’s Federal Security Service reported detaining three residents of the Voronezh region in southern Russia. They are accused of providing information on Russian military facilities and infrastructure to the Ukrainian Right Sector.
The FSB did not give the detainees’ names, but said they were being charged with high treason.
The FSB published a video of the arrest, where the three men recount how they engaged in recruitment. One of the detainees said he was recruited online in 2022, when he was a company commander in a volunteer corps affiliated with Right Sector.
Earlier, a Moscow court arrested Russian national Vyacheslav Lutor on charges of high treason and “participation in a terrorist organisation”. It remains unknown what these charges refer to.
