A car exploded in Russia’s Belgorod, injuring three people earlier today. The local governor reported them to be in a moderately severe condition. Baza says either an improvised explosive device or a grenade caused the explosion. Mash reports an improvised explosive device was rigged to the bottom of the car. The preliminary theory is that a routine dispute was behind the blast.
