Two days ago, Ukraine declared that Russia had attacked the pipeline

Russia’s Defence Ministry claims that a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group had blown up the Tolyatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline.

According to the ministry’s statement, the explosion occurred at 9 PM on 5 June.

“As a result of this terrorist act, there were victims among the civilian population. People received the necessary medical assistance,” the statement reads.

In the evening of 5 June, the head of the Kharkiv regional administration Oleg Synehubov reported that the pipeline had been targeted by the Russian army: “Russian terrorists have shelled the ammonia pipeline in the Kupyansk district. Six attacks have been documented in the area of the pumping station near the Masyutivka village. As of right now, no ammonia has been detected in the air, the situation is controllable.”

Russian “war correspondent” Daniil Bezsonov has posted a video which allegedly shows the damaged part of the pipeline.
