Four victims were children. The search for one more resident of the building is ongoing. In total, 33 people lived in the building.

At first, the governor said that it was a gas explosion, but later on, he wrote that the building was not gasified. “The cause of the explosion is being looked into,” he reports.

The local administration names “improper storage and use of gas cylinders” as preliminary cause.
