Three people lost their lives in a fire which erupted at a powder mill in Russia’s Perm, 59.ru cites the local public safety answering point.
The mill is one of the biggest factories in Russia’s defence industry: it manufactures missiles and missile engines, including those for BM-21 Grad and BM-30 Smerch multiple rocket launchers. TASS reported the fire yesterday, citing its sources at the factory.
As per the local social media, four persons remain under the rubble. TASS says that one person was hospitalised. There have been no official statements regarding the injured as of yet.
