Residents of the Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Volyn, Cherkasy, Rivne, Kropyvnytskyi and Odesa region have been affected by power outages.

As a result of the Russian strike on Lutsk, an energy facility was “practically destroyed” there, city mayor Ihor Polishchuk said. According to him, recovering the facility is impossible right now. Preliminary reports suggest that the object was hit with Kh-101 missiles. It is not specified what the energy facility in question is.

Polishchuk reported Russia’s strikes on an energy facility this morning. He stated that Lutsk had been left without power, calling on local residents to stock up on water.
