Ukraine has bombed a Russian border checkpoint in the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, the local governor, reports.
“They used a quadcopter to drop an explosive device on our customs building,” he said.
Four people were injured; they are now receiving medical aid.

Bogomaz reported shelling of villages in the Bryansk region a week ago.
