Russian MP: Ukraine conducted experiments to turn its soldiers into ‘vicious and deadly monsters’

The Russian Federation Council (upper house of parliament) has held another session of the parliament committee “on investigation of circumstances surrounding the establishment of biological laboratories in Ukraine by US specialists”. Deputy speakers of the Federation Council and the State Duma (lower house) Konstantin Kosachev and Irina Yarovaya shared the committee’s conclusions with Russian reporters. The lawmakers are quoted by Kommersant newspaper.

According to Yarovaya, “traces of drugs and very high levels of hepatitis A” were found in the blood of Ukrainian soldiers. She added that 20% of samples tested positive for West Nile virus.

“We are seeing that the cruelty and atrocities committed by Ukrainian servicemen, their crimes against the civilian population, those monstrous crimes they commit against prisoners of war, confirm that this is a united system of management and creation of a vicious killing machine controlled by the United States…

The doping they still receive to neutralise all remnants of a human conscience and turn them into vicious and deadly monsters confirms this as well,” Yarovaya said.

According to Kosachev, the test results of Ukrainian soldiers confirm that they were being experimented on. Experiments on “extremely dangerous diseases that could spread with military aims under certain circumstances” were conducted in Ukraine, the senator claims.

The committee will publish the final conclusions in the autumn.

Earlier, Irina Yarovaya claimed that banknotes on the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk “people’s republic” had been infected with “Asian tuberculosis”. According to her, the outbreaks of tuberculosis, measles and polio in Ukraine were connected “to the location of biological laboratories”.
