The locality of Pryvilla near Lysychansk was shelled by the Russian multiple rocket launchers, says Serhiy Haidai, the local governor.
The shells hit a residential area, killing two boys aged 11 and 14. A woman, 69, and two girls, 8 and 12, were injured.
The police are working on the scene, the casualties information may be updated.
It is impossible to quickly check the official data on the victims during warfare.
The Luhansk and Donetsk regions are now facing Russia’s offensive. The Russian army shelled a residential area in Avdiivka on 3 May. A total of 21 people were killed on this day in Donbas, this is the highest daily death toll since the start of the war. Another 27 people were injured. At least three people were killed in Avdiivka, just as many as in Vuhledar and Lyman.
