An armed man broke into a kindergarten at nap time, shot two children and their nanny before killing himself in Veshkayma near Ulyanovsk, Baza and Interfax report.
The man broke into a kindergarten carrying an IZh-27 1970s Soviet double shotgun. He came in through the main entrance, pushed a nanny who was washing the floor aside, made his way to the first floor, and opened fire. His motivation is unclear.
