Russia’s General Prosecutor’s Office has declared Meduza, an independent Russian media outlet, undesirable in the country.
“Having studied the referred materials, the Russian General Prosecutor’s Office has made the decision to declare activities of the Limited liability company (SIA) ‘Medusa Project’ NGO, Latvia, undesirable in Russia,” the statement reads.
The agency concluded that the media outlet “poses a threat to the foundations of Russia’s constitutional order and security”.
