Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Russians in the Russian language last night.
“I wish to say something to all the people in and from Russia who didn’t care to say a mere couple of words to condemn this terror despite seeing and knowing everything. Your cowardly silentness, your attempts to wait out what’s going on, will only result in these terrorists eventually coming for you. Evil is very sensitive to cowardice, and it always remembers those who fear it and try to haggle with it. When it comes for you, you will have no one to protect you,” Zelensky said, adding that he believes “expanding sanctions for Russians who keep helping terrorism” to be the right thing to do.
