OVD-Info, a Russian human rights group that monitors political arrests, reports that the police detained member of the art group Aleksandr Voronin, assistant Nikolay Stekolnikov, ZDF reporter Roman Shella and video operator Stanislav.

The artists were unable to finish their work, they were taken to a police station. Voronin and Stekolnikov are charged with disorderly conduct. However, local policemen have requested the presence of field agents, as the graffiti is “of a political nature”.
