Three civilians killed in Luhansk region by Russian shelling

Three people were killed in Popasna, Luhansk region, reports Serhiy Haidai, the local governor. 

A residential building was destroyed, with three people in its basement, who died as the house collapsed, he said.

There is a tough battle going on in Popasna. Several apartment buildings were damaged by projectiles last night, reports Mykola Khanatov, the town’s mayor.

People keep evacuating the Luhansk region: 95 civilians left today, including 20 from Popasna.
